Physiosexology
What is Physiosexology?
Physiosexology is a discipline that combines physical therapy with functional sexology to address sexual health problems and dysfunctions related to the pelvic floor. My goal is to help you improve your quality of sexual life and your general well-being.
Each person is unique, and that applies to sexuality too. I work with you on an individualized basis, providing you with a safe and trusting space to address your sexual health concerns and goals.
Areas of Attention:
- Primary and Secondary Vaginismus: According to each case, I will use different techniques to help you overcome vaginismus, and the fear that this health condition can cause.
- Dyspareunia: Pain during sexual intercourse can be a distressing experience. Together we will work to identify and address the underlying causes.
- Pain during Orgasm: If you experience pain during or after orgasm, we can explore possible reasons and treatment strategies.
- Functional Erectile Dysfunction: For those facing erection problems, we offer therapy to improve erectile function and sexual satisfaction.
- Premature Ejaculation and Anorgasmia: If you are facing difficulties related to ejaculation or the inability to achieve orgasm, we will work together on treatment strategies.
- Regulation of Sexual Desire: Physiosexology also addresses sexual desire and concerns related to libido.
- Improving Sexual Satisfaction: If you are looking to enrich your sexual life and improve satisfaction, we will provide you with tools and techniques.
Confidentiality and Comfort:
I understand that talking about sexual topics can be sensitive. I offer you an environment of trust and respect so that you feel comfortable addressing any concerns or problems you may have.
Personalized Therapies:
I use a variety of physiotherapy and functional sexology techniques adapted to your needs. My goal is to help you overcome barriers that may be affecting your sexual health and overall well-being.
