My passion for learning and a strong desire to help other people has led me to become a specialist in Manual and Pelvic Floor Therapy, backed by master's degrees from the University of Castilla-La Mancha.
My experience extends throughout the world, with professional stays in prominent institutions such as the Texas Medical Center and Winston Salem State University. With more than 5 years in the field, I have complemented my practice with specializations in Pilates, Hypopressive Abdominal Gymnastics, Electroneuroacupuncture and Physiosexology. Committed to your well-being, I am dedicated to guiding you towards an optimal state of health. I'm here to help you achieve your best version!

Pregnancy and postpartum physiotherapy
I offer a comprehensive physiotherapy service for pregnant women and postpartum recovery, including personalized preparation for childbirth, advice on perineal and lymphatic massages, and prevention of common pregnancy problems. I will provide you with the support you need during this beautiful journey to motherhood.
Physiosexology
My approach in physiosexology focuses on your sexual health and well-being. I offer you treatment for conditions such as primary and secondary vaginismus, dyspareunia, pain during sexual intercourse, pain during orgasm, functional erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, anorgasmia and regulation of sexual desire.
Other treatments in physiotherapy
In addition to the aforementioned services, I offer you a series of treatments to address problems such as chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor hypertonia, perineal myofascial syndrome, pudendal nerve entrapment, post-hysterectomy preparation and recovery.
