What exercises can I do at home to improve my pelvic floor?
Kegel exercises are already well known, which are basically contractions of the pelvic floor. These exercises can be done without any problem if your pelvic floor is in optimal conditions. Try doing a series of 10 repetitions of contractions held for five seconds and contractions. always fast with complete relaxation between each contraction, if you manage to do these contractions without problem, add them to your daily exercise routine, if you notice any problem in perceiving, maintaining or repeating these contractions and relaxing the pelvic floor, go to a specialized physiotherapist so that can evaluate you and indicate the most appropriate guidelines for you.

What are the qualifications of a pelvic floor physiotherapist?
Normally, to work as a pelvic floor physiotherapist, a university master's degree is required. I have said Master's degree and specialized training in physiosexology, neuromodulation of the pelvic floor, and training in hypopressive exercises and Pilates.
